The Oregon Aero Soft Seal Leather Ear Cushion:

Oregon Aero has developed the SoftSeal Ear Cushions which have taken the headset world by storm.  Designed for Peltor style headsets, these ear seals keep your ears even drier and cooler than with SoftSeal® Ear Cushions alone. Especially helpful in hot, humid climates.  They fit loose, not tight like a drum. (This is important because tight cloth covers produce pressure on the ear, causing pain.  These cushions are filled with memory foam which also allows you to comfortably wear sunglasses or prescription glasses without the pain or pressure. 

Compatible with Peltor headsets only. Not compatible with Classic style headsets.
