About Us 

Since 1979, Racing Radios, Inc. has been the trusted name in motorsports communications. From NASCAR to grassroots racing, we provide the headsets, radios, and systems that keep drivers and crews connected when it matters most. As we expand, we are seeking two key positions to join our team and represent our brand on and off the track:

  1. Traveling Sales Representative

  2. Traveling Technician


Position 1: Traveling Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Racing Radios—building relationships, expanding our reach, and driving growth across the motorsports industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to racing events, shops, and customer sites nationwide (some weekends required)

  • Demonstrate and sell Racing Radios products and services

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with race teams, drivers, and industry partners

  • Manage customer accounts, records, and follow-ups

  • Represent Racing Radios with professionalism at every touchpoint

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous sales experience (preferably in motorsports, automotive, or electronics)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours

  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven

  • A passion for racing is a major plus

 


Position 2: Traveling Technician

As a Technician, you’ll provide trackside expertise, ensuring that every Racing Radios system performs flawlessly under race-day pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to major racing events and customer locations

  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot radio communication systems

  • Provide hands-on technical support and training for race teams and crew members

  • Maintain and service equipment to Racing Radios standards

  • Act as the technical authority and problem solver at events

What We’re Looking For:

  • Technical background (electronics, communications, or related field)

  • Hands-on experience with radios, wiring, headsets, or audio equipment

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues quickly in fast-paced environments

  • Comfortable working weekends and frequent travel

  • Strong attention to detail and a service-first mindset
